Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-23
These terms govern your access to and use of the DoctorsCare practice-management platform ("Service"). By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
The Service is for licensed medical practitioners and authorised clinical staff. You represent that you are authorised to use patient records in the jurisdictions where you practise.
2. Clinical responsibility
DoctorsCare is a tool that assists you in record-keeping and communication. All clinical decisions (diagnosis, prescription, treatment) remain the sole responsibility of the attending doctor. DoctorsCare is not a substitute for professional medical judgement.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not share login credentials.
- Do not upload data you are not legally permitted to process.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security controls or rate limits.
4. Subscriptions
Trial and paid plans are described in the product. Renewal reminders are sent by email. Pricing and invoices are handled manually with our team; contact support for upgrades or cancellations.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DoctorsCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will require you to re-accept the updated terms on next sign-in.
